ATV Rescue Vehicle The Polaris ATV-Rescue vehicle is used specially for incidents in harsh terrains. Some areas it responds to are the Sodom and Drake Mountains. The ATV can help bring personnel to the incident, or bring patients out. It is also equipped with a medical bag, two long boards, basket stretcher, scoop, helmets, drinking water, and can carry whatever is needed. Water/Ice Rescue Trailer This Boat, Motor, and Trailer was purchased and built by the Southwick Firemen’s Association and then donated to the Town of Southwick. It represents about $12,000 worth of physical equipment and many hours of volunteer labor. Included on the trailer are ice rescue equipment, rescue alive sled, rescue rope, and life jackets. This equipment enables us to respond quickly to incidents on the Congamond Lakes or various ponds in our Town. Rescue Alive ice rescue sled
