Forestry 1
Forestry 1 is a
2004 Ford F-550 4X4 built by the Southwick Fire Department. The purpose for this rig is wild land
firefighting, brush fires, illegal burns, and many more. It is equipped with an off-road package,
two booster lines, 1 1/2 inch hose line, a foam pro pack, forestry hose
backpacks, Indian packs, hard suction hose for drafting, rakes, shovels,
chainsaw, axes, and a 250 gallon tank.
Forestry 1 also can tow the Polaris all terrain rescue vehicle.
